Baylor Walden was a senior at Greenwood High School and aspired to join the United States Army after graduation. When he was well, Baylor enjoyed fishing, bow fishing, hunting, hanging out with friends, and playing with his bulldog. He was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on September 27th, 2018. After being diagnosed, he was transported to Lubbock to start treatment, then later, was flown to Houston to continue treatments at MD Anderson. After many weeks in the hospital, Baylor and his family were finally able to come home in November 2018. The Walden’s have found a great support system within their Greenwood community.
